We are delighted to share with you a review of year 1 of our Young Women LEARN Project in addition to an updated version of our PrEP Desk Review, a report reviewing pre-exposure prophylaxis research and evidence landscape in Kenya and Uganda for adolescent girls and young women.
It’s been a busy and exciting first year of LEARN and we are pleased to share our efforts and amazing progress we’ve achieved together with the incredible adolescent girls and young women we work with.
The review of PrEP research and evidence landscape in Kenya and Uganda for AGYW is a living document and the latest version includes an update on PrEP research and highlights that there continue to be important questions to ask around PrEP for adolescent girls and young women and more importantly, questions to be answered.
The current landscape of HIV prevention, including PrEP, highlights the continued importance of the LEARN project and need to present in this space to amplify the needs and priorities for adolescent girls and young women for PrEP implementation.
